01Measurement starts automatically
Analytics and advertising measurement start when a page loads. They may record page views and useful actions such as an internal search, a scan starting or finishing, and a click to begin a LinkedIn conversation. Search events do not include the words you typed. Google's analytics and advertising consent signals are granted by default. The site does not show a consent banner or an on-site analytics switch.
02Waitlist email stays out of analytics
Joining a product waitlist requires a separate consent choice. The site may measure which product was chosen and whether the request worked, but it never sends the email address or form contents to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or PostHog.
03What the waitlist keeps
A saved waitlist record includes your email address, the product you chose, when and where you joined, the consent wording you accepted, and whether the confirmation email was sent. Joining the same product again updates the existing request. Joining both products keeps both interests with one email address.
04Storage comes before confirmation
Your waitlist request is kept in a private Neon database that is separate from the public blog. Resend sends the confirmation email only after that record is saved. If the site cannot confirm that saving worked, the page tells you so and lets you retry. If only the email fails, your place is kept and you can retry the confirmation.
05How long the record stays
Waitlist records are reviewed and removed after 24 months when they are no longer needed. You can ask to be removed sooner by emailing
hello@vladz.ai.
06Which measurement tools may run
Google Tag Manager can load Google Analytics. PostHog can provide product analytics when configured. Funnel pages can use Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. For scan-event matching, Meta may receive the event type, result band, IP address, browser details, and Meta browser identifiers. It does not receive the scanned address, host, score, finding, screenshot, waitlist email, or form contents.
07How funnel attribution works
Funnel pages store first-touch campaign values, placement, landing path, and referring host in a first-party cookie for 30 days. Those details are copied into the scan record so purchases can be compared by source. They do not contain an email address.
08Scanner results and screenshots
A scan saves the address entered, the final page, the result, a phone screenshot, and campaign details. The result has a random link that anyone with the link can open. The result page includes a removal request.
